Zelonyx Information

Zelonyx is a San Francisco technology consultancy providing technology strategy, modernization and applied AI, and delivery leadership for critical initiatives. We serve small and mid-sized businesses and growth-stage companies that face a high-stakes technology move — starting one, steering one, or getting one back on track — and need a single accountable partner to lead it. Most technology initiatives don't fail for lack of expertise. They fail when responsibility is fragmented — advisors shape one part, vendors deliver another, and internal teams are already stretched. Without one lead connecting the business need, the decisions, the teams, and the delivery, initiatives drift and accountability blurs. Zelonyx closes that gap. We lead the whole effort end to end — setting the direction, running the execution through the teams and partners who build it, and staying accountable for the result. You carry the business. We carry the complexity. What we do • Technology Strategy & Direction — roadmaps, build-buy-or-wait decisions, and vendor and platform selection, so a clear path is set before money and time are committed. • Modernization & Applied AI — legacy system replacement, workflow automation and AI applied to real operations, and systems integration that makes existing tools work as one. • Critical Initiative Leadership — program and delivery leadership, vendor management held to scope and schedule, and delivery recovery for work that has stalled. Led by founder Jay Kale, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15+ years across systems engineering and high-stakes delivery, spanning 110+ projects and 50+ organizations. Zelonyx brings in trusted specialist partners when an engagement calls for deeper technical, operational, or industry expertise. Between your business and the complexity.
