Zelifcam Information

Zelifcam is a software company and an official Odoo partner working across the US and Canada. We've built software for lenders, manufacturers, healthcare, law firms, distributors and more. Odoo can run all of it, and when the standard apps don't cover something, we build it. Already on Odoo and it never took? If your Odoo went live and the team went back to spreadsheets, we start with an Odoo Rescue Assessment. It's a paid, fixed-scope look at how Odoo is set up, how work actually moves through the business, how clean the data is, and whether people are really using it. You get written findings, a plan you keep, and a straight answer on whether to fix what you have or start over. Ten or more years of data? Established companies usually have data spread across an old system, a newer one, spreadsheets and a few people's heads. We build a data layer that pulls it into one place you can trust, reorganize it so everyone knows who owns what, and train your team on how they actually work. What we've built - A full lending platform for a real estate lender, from loan application to payoff, with portals for borrowers, investors and staff. - A manufacturing system for a marble manufacturer: production scheduling, deliveries and truck loading. - Healthcare records with HIPAA safeguards, including an EHR for a counseling practice. - Case tracking for a law firm, tied into the practice management system they already use. - Property, land and lead systems for real estate companies. - Client portals for managed IT providers and internal tools for marketing agencies. - A kitchen system for a restaurant. - Odoo for a family-run distributor: warehouse, sales, website and catalog. - Our own development and deployment toolkit, used on every project. We also take over and rescue custom systems other people built, and we serve as fractional CIO or CTO for owner-led companies. We work with companies anywhere in the US and Canada. We're happy to come on site. https://www.zelifcam.net
