Zegtraining represents my ongoing committment to learn and share practices and perspectives that can help us be and feel aware, connected to ourselves and to our environment, and happy, so that we can more easily and effectively focus on discovering and developing our resources, skills and well-being, helping others do the same along the way, whether it is in the workplace, throughout the studies, or in our private lives. I do so mainly throught the following practices and tools: - Mindfulness seminars and workshops for: stress reduction MBSR and resilience; change management support; leadership and talent development; schools (students and education professionals); focus and creativity; - Mentoring workshops for organisations, schools and academia; - Soft-skills training and coaching for entrepreneurship, employability (bachelor and master programs), and research (PhD and PostDoc programs); - Coaching (ICF member) for entrepreneurs, leaders and employees at any level, education professionals, and for personal and professional well-being and development.
