In 2007, Zebrabox took over the in 1979 founded and historic continental European self-storage provider Transmi Ministorage AG in Zurich. Zebrabox pursues its growth in the Swiss market, consolidating its leading position. In summer 2023 the Barcelona based self-storage provider YoGuardo has entered into a franchise agreement with Zebrabox for the Spanish market. This marks the first step of Zebrabox’s internationalization.
