Zeally Bay Sourdough is a certified organic sourdough bakery in Torquay founded in 2007 by John and Jan Farnan. Our vision is to nourish our community and environment by crafting good food from the ground up. We craft long ferment sourdough bread using leaven established by our family at Wholefoods Kitchen in 1981. The ingredients we use are grown by farmers that listen to and work in relationship with nature. We are a certified organic bakery, which ensures that our ingredients are traceable to the farm and grown in a way that supports life to thrive.
