Zehntes Mitglied der ARD ist der Auslandssender Deutsche Welle (DW). In Kooperation mit dem ZDF betreibt die ARD das Deutschlandradio, den Kinderkanal KiKA und den Dokumentationskanal PHOENIX, mit weiteren Partnern das deutschsprachige Fernsehkulturprogramm 3sat und das Europäische Kulturprogramm ARTE. Regionale, landesweite und bundesweite Berichterstattung Die Hörfunk- und Fernsehprogramme der ARD-Sender spiegeln in besonderem Maße die Vielfalt und Identität aller Regionen in Deutschland wider. Das Erste ist das nationale Gemeinschaftsprogramm der ARD im Fernsehen.
