ZATEC Technical parts in engineering plastics since 1991. Zatec is your European partner, offering a comprehensive service of small Technical parts by high precision injection Molding, such as PC, ABS-PC, PBT, POM, PA6, PA6.6, PA4.6, PPA, PPS… besides of thermoplastic elastomers with different hardness and family (TPU, SEBS…). Materials with additives, like glass fiber, long glass fiber, carbon fiber, flame retardants, molybdenum, teflon … this is our target of piece, although we can inject parts in other common thermoplastics. By this reason, we have an automatic feeding of raw material to injection machines from 15 Tons to 250 Tons. All of them, with robot, temperature controller, conveyor belt… in short, all the necessary auxiliary equipment. We are strategically located in Muel, Zaragoza (Aragon, Spain) in a halfway between Madrid and Barcelona. In fact, the most important companies of Automotive market besides of OEMs, are located in a radius of about 300 km. Our facilities have an area of about 4200 m2. We have eighteen injection machines (Electricals with more precision, the last of them) to cover weight parts from 0,1 grams to 320 grams, depending on density of material, geometry, tooling… We work for several sectors, but our main market is the demanding automotive market. Thus, we are certified with the next standards: ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 supplying Plastic parts like “A” supplier to different plants of our Tier1 Customers located in Europe, America and Asia. From being awarded a project, advanced product quality planning (APQP) is undertaken, facilitating communication with the key players and using all the tools available to us to fulfil the client’s needs, avoiding potential manufacturing defects (process FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA… etc), as well as undertaking the pertinent laboratory reports.
