Zarza Brewing Co. was founded in 2013 as the first microbrewery in the city of Loja by two dual nationals (USA-Ecuador) and one American expat. Since its founding, Zarza has been offering high quality ales along with excellent pub food in a cozy atmosphere. We aim to provide high-quality gastronomical experiences in a space where friends and family can get together.
