Zarvana is dedicated to giving people back the time they need to live healthy and full lives. Today, professionals are working longer hours than they have in over a century and many are feeling burnt out and seeing their health and personal lives suffer as a result. At Zarvana, we believe that people shouldn't have to choose between professional impact and personal fulfillment. We call this being sustainably productive - the coveted win-win for professionals and their employers. To help people make these changes, Zarvana employs the leading model for online behavior change used in other fields, which combines interactive lessons, data tracking, 1-on-1 coaching, and peer groups. The Zarvana Diagnostic assesses people's behaviors against our database of 200 productivity obstacles and counting to identify the obstacle that, if conquered, would save each person the most time - and then matches them to our database of solutions. At Zarvana, we care about helping our clients make real changes to their habits that lead to real improvements in their productivity and sustainability - and we care about the city where we live: Redding, California. We believe that a company should benefit the city where it's located - and not just through tax payments. We plan to invest finances strategically in the city's welfare, employ as many and as diverse a pool of city residents as possible, and help build the nonprofit and philanthropic infrastructure of the city.
