Zar Group Information

The Zar Group is the investment property arm of the Zar family. The Zar family owns and operates Studio One, one of the largest privately held ladies dress manufacturers in the U.S. whose primary clients include JC Penney’s, Sears, Dress Barn, Ross, TJ Maxx and Macy’s. In the New York City Metro area, we are primarily opportunistic and will consider multifamily, office, and retail opportunities, including distressed debt, REO and other situations. Outside of New York, we seek to acquire core, stabilized grocery and pharmacy anchored properties and portfolios of $5 to $100 ml located in high density urban in-fill areas along the East Coast from Boston to Miami.
