As the profession continues to rethink the direction of the Social Work Reinvestment Act, which was first introduced by former Congressman Towns nearly a decade ago, YSocialWork, Inc. wants to serve as an incubator for a variety of innovative workforce and educational improvement programs to replicate across the country, in hopes to supply the next generation with the global and entrepreneurial skills to meet the increased demand for social work services in this new COVID-19 reality. Our learning and career development continuum places a strong emphasis on work-based learning beginning as early as 11th grade in preparation for a career in social work.
