YPAI ships AI systems into production, then produces the data and evaluation that keep them improving. We work with two kinds of teams: companies that want practical AI deployed and supported, and model and product teams that need high-quality data and human evaluation they can trust. AI systems in production. We deliver fixed-scope systems for real operational use cases, including customer support and internal AI agents, document and knowledge assistants, RAG, and process automation. Projects are measured in weeks, with success metrics and expected business value defined before development begins, without the overhead of a large consulting engagement. AI data production. We collect speech and language data with particular depth in Nordic and low-resource languages, with delivery capacity extending well beyond. We also provide image, video, text and 3D/LiDAR annotation for multimodal and physical AI applications. Model evaluation and improvement. We provide human evaluation, preference data and RLHF workflows, fine-tuning support, red-team testing and ongoing model-quality measurement. When a system needs better data, we collect, label and evaluate it directly rather than handing the problem to another vendor. These capabilities are usually sourced separately. YPAI combines deployment, managed data production and model evaluation in one delivery model. We can launch a working system, find where its data or model performance falls short, and produce the evidence and datasets needed to improve it. YPAI is based in Norway and operates under GDPR and EEA data protection requirements. Projects can be structured for EEA-resident processing, verified contributor consent, controlled access, documented data flows and human-led quality assurance.
