YouthLink is a Youth Resource & Assessment Center serving young people ages 10–17 in Adams County and the surrounding region. We exist to respond earlier — when behavior first becomes concerning — so that youth and families get support before situations escalate into suspension, court involvement, or emergency response. Guided by the National Assessment Center (NAC) Framework, YouthLink provides timely screening, assessment, and family-centered case planning, then connects youth and caregivers to culturally responsive, trauma-informed resources across behavioral health, basic needs, education, and community supports. Our cross-system partners include local law enforcement, school districts, human services, public health, and the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, all working together to reduce unnecessary justice and child welfare involvement and create safer, healthier communities. At this time, YouthLink does not accept walk-ins or direct referrals from families or community members. Referrals are currently accepted only from law enforcement and designated community partners such as schools and allied agencies.
