The center's programming follows the All in Motion (AIM) for Success program model. Aligned with current South Carolina school reform initiatives, the Education and Economic Development Act (EEDA) and High Schools That Work (HSTW), AIM brings together best practices in a comprehensive, research-based program for the participating individual. The program's initial focus is to help each individual work to full potential while pursuing post secondary training or work placement. During this time, the student is also lead through a series of activities designed to develop a post-secondary plan to include education, work and/or the military and to determine a strategy for implementing that plan.
