Younited Information

Younited is the company of Yvonne van Oosten (1967), who has been working for 20 years as a consultant / trainer. She started as an interim manager, where she supervised reorganizations at several large companies As a partner of United Talent in Naarden, she has specialized in consultancy-based training and coaching, mostly on board and management level in several large enterprises. In October 2010 she started Younited, which gave her the opportunity to realise her ambitions more. For all assignments, mentality and therefore behaviour is a central theme. Through awareness and possibly change of the behaviour the personal result or that of the team will improve, so is proved. Meanwhile, she has had the opportunity within Younited to internationally leverage her experience and put changes in motion in particular executive and management teams in which differences in cultures played an important role. Younited is often asked if within teams and between teams urgent problems appear in the cooperation and therefore results are under pressure. In this regard, it usually concerns (long-term, not pronounced) conflicts, tensions, (confidence) crisis or dissatisfaction. In our team sessions, participants become aware of their (negative) beliefs, opinions and complaints that lead to ineffective behaviour. This behaviour often leads to failure or limited achievement of results. Younited ensures that people are aware of their impact, start to see things in perspective and look differently at themselves and each other through which new opportunities arise. One takes again responsibility for their own behaviour, which is translated into personal leadership and increased effectiveness (both individual and at team level).
