The origins of the business go back to James Turnbull & Son, founded in 1879 in Chester-le-Street. In 2012 Youngs Chartered Surveyors merged with Rural Property Services creating YoungsRPS & in autumn 2017 Stanton Mortimer became part of YoungsRPS.
