We are experienced business professionals, parents ourselves with children either at school, university or on the first rungs of the early career ladder. Our advice is pragmatic, up to date and focused on building confidence, self-awareness, communication, resilience and emotional intelligence and the practical skills critical to succeed in today's world. In early career, we focus on helping young adults (18-30), work out their direction of travel. Few decisions matter more than choosing how to earn a good living – which means a career that not only gives you the lifestyle you want but personal fulfilment. We help identify skills, abilities, strengths and support young adults helping them to identify opportunities and create the best applications We provide interview training, CV writing, specific skills training including preparation for a Commission in the Armed Forces and Medical School. In education, we help through mentoring and coaching - independent, non-judgemental support - often simply being a mature, wise (challenging) counsel (we are not therapists) to help work through challenges.
