Young America Realty is a third party property management firm (fee management) based solely in the Bloomington-Normal area of Illinois. We manage the marketing, leasing, maintenance and operations of property for independent property owners in order to maximize the long term value of their investments. In 2018, Young America relaunched their brand and logo, saying, "Our new brand launch, at its core, is a commitment to our values. That it matters where you choose to make your home. Our current portfolio consists of approximately 2,200 units -- 1,400 student units (4,600 student beds) and 800 traditional multi-family units. Our management portfolio includes far and away the best selection available for prospective residents in the local area.
