YORK HOUSE CENTRE (STONY STRATFORD) Information

At York House Centre we aim to serve and nurture our community. Our mission is to promote, enable and facilitate a wide variety of inclusive activities in order to improve the lives of the people, both residents and businesses, of Stony Stratford and the surrounding areas. We aim to manage and continually update our building and grounds to provide high quality facilities in a welcoming setting accessible to all, particularly those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable or who face difficulties otherwise accessing appropriate facilities. We will maintain our independence as a membership organisation, thereby owned by and accountable to the community, through sound management and sustainable financial planning. York House may be standing on the strength of its bricks and mortar but it is the strength and spirit of our people and our community that shapes what we stand for. This is what makes our house a home.
