YORhub Information

YORhub is the combined management organisation for the three Yorkshire and Humber regional frameworks - YORbuild2, YORcivil2 and YORconsult. We are formed through a collaboration of five lead local authorities to offer public sector and third sector clients an efficient, value-adding procurement solution for construction projects and related consultancy services. Our frameworks are fully EU compliant and provide flexible call-off methods for the selection of high quality contractors and consultants. All three frameworks deliver added value for clients through employment skills outputs, community funding, sustainability targets and supply chain engagement. To date our projects have created 16,000 apprentice weeks, helped nearly 1700 people progress into employment, and we have awarded funding to 70 community projects across the region.
