Our owners, Kelly Elle Kenworthy and Amy Benton, welcome you to The Little Yoga Studio where we pride ourselves on being different! The Little Yoga Studio is a teacher-driven, secular yoga studio where your wellbeing is our highest priority. We are a uniquely diverse yoga studio located in beautiful Boulder, Colorado where we enjoy a spectacular view of the legendary Rocky Mountains right from our front windows. Here at The Little we offer classes suitable for every body and every level of fitness, including private yoga lessons. Whether you are an advanced practitioner or are unable to stand at all, we have a class that can meet your needs and will support your journey to vibrant health. Our team of teachers are Boulder's most experienced and diverse. We carefully select each of our teachers, all of whom have at least 7 years experience teaching. From therapeutic yoga classes for those working with injuries, to powerful and athletic vinyasa classes, we have a class for everyone, including you! Our wonderful space is frequented by many of Boulder's elite athletes and weekend warriors as well as those simply looking for a place to take a class from time to time without any pressure to become a member. Every class is $10 and every class at The Little is taught with intelligence and maturity while maintaining a light hearted environment. Our mission is to provide affordable classes to all people while cultivating a wonderful place to teach for our gifted instructors. Our studio is located in central Boulder, right next door to McGuckin's. Our lobby is beautiful, clean, and simple. Our staff is warm, inviting and well informed.

Yoga Mayu is predominantly a Vinyasa yoga studio. Vinyasa is a term that covers a broad range of yoga styles; vinyasa at Yoga Mayu is predominantly drawn from the Ashtanga and Hatha traditions. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Our mission is to provide a genuine and sustainable yoga practice that evolves the physical and emotional health of our students. At Yoga Mayu we strive to provide a safe inviting environment where students can develop a regular yoga practice. We offer some of the most talented yoga teachers in San Francisco; they are passionate about teaching and are always willing to take that extra step to ensure that no student feels left behind. We are proud to be known for the individual attention we provide. We believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age and body type. Since we believe that yoga takes you inside, wraps you in yourself and then transforms you, our studio's name, Mayu, derives from the Japanese word for cocoon. Yoga acts as a cocoon in our lives. Madeira Beach Yoga offers outdoor yoga with classes on the Beach at the shore of the Gulf of Mexico and on our covered, waterfront Patio. Studio classes have returned with limited class sizes. Both the Patio and Studio settings are overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Corporate in-person or Live Zoom yoga sessions. l On Demand Recorded Library of yoga and meditations, for those who want to practice in the comfort of their own space. Yoga helps you recommit to yourself and bring a sense of calm, strength, wellness and fun into your day. Contactless participation includes pre-registration required for all classes and safety guidelines in place.
