We established this yoga studio as a safe and friendly gathering spot for peaceful interaction and personal growth. Community and family values are important here as we breathe the ONE BREATH together on this path of self realization. Practicing side by side we find our own inner strength and the support of our neighbors. All of our teachers are here because they love the practice and have found that it enhances their lives. They teach from a desire to share what they have learned with all who may benefit from these extraordinary tools.
