Yoga Freedom was founded by Michelle Fajkus in 2001. Since stumbling upon yoga as a teenager, she has practiced hatha yoga for over half her life. Michelle is a Buddhist, yogini, writer and schoolteacher. She has taught yoga classes and workshops in Austin, the San Francisco Bay area and Guatemala for over eight years. She currently lives in Guatemala City with her dog, Lucy.
