Yielding Accomplished African Women aims at erecting and delivering the largest community of African female developers and financial analysts who are passionate about using STEM to revolutionize Africa and beyond. We use a 360 approach to professional development that inculcates young women with the necessary qualitative and quantitative skills necessary for the future of work. Our world class curriculum includes: • Professional Development: Leadership Networking, Personal Branding, Digital Branding & Marketing, Professional Etiquette, Written Communication, Oral Presentations • Finance: Financial Modeling & Valuation, Excel Shortcuts, Financial Statement Analysis • Technology: Python, PHP, Django and front-end development The minds behind the curriculum includes experts from Google, Capital One, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase & Co and Brown University. We then match them to experiential learning experiences in the form of jobs, internships, real-time projects, and externships. We have successfully implemented workshops + online programs to service over 500 young women in Africa. We have partnered with top rated and globally recognized partners such as Bank of America, Microsoft, Leti Arts, the Meltwater Foundation, US Embassy, Ghana Tech Summit and many more!
