YGC provides multidisciplinary civil engineering consultancy services across Wales. Our services range from the design, construction and maintenance of roads, structures and buildings to monitoring the risk of flooding in coastal areas and ensuring that the environment is protected whilst all of this work is being carried out. Highly-skilled in project management for all phases of a project from inception through to completion, our skills and expertise include; contract practice and administration, stakeholder engagement, procurement and tendering, programming and planning, project administration and value, cost & risk management. YGC also possess the required technical skills to challenge the work of other designers, allowing us to undertake the role of Client representative thereby facilitating efficient and effective project management. What sets us apart is our collaborative way of working regionally and delivering locally. A trusted partner to our clients, we draw together teams of engineers, planners, architects, landscape architects and environmental specialists, as well as cost consultants, project and program managers dedicated to finding the most innovative and appropriate solutions to create, enhance and sustain the region's built, natural and social environments. With an annual turnover approaching £6m and around 116 members of staff, YGC is the largest civil engineering consultancy in the North and Mid Wales, on the basis of total number of staff.
