At YES Workforce, our mission is to create meaningful connections between job seekers and employers, preparing and supporting each individual to gain the confidence and credentials needed to achieve their career goals. Driven by our CEO's decade of expertise, our goal is to reduce unemployment and open doors to fulfilling careers. MISSION: We empower job seekers by providing comprehensive education, training, career counseling, mentoring, and support services, focusing on overcoming employment barriers related to inequitable education.
