At the heart of YBR are crazy, passionate, talented, and skilled dreamers always aiming for magis. Heading our team is our quirky Chief Film Director, Peter Manus. A graduate of USC, Peter has directed feature films in Hollywood and Asia, and has directed countless regional TVCs all over Asia. At the center of his filmmaking style is his ability to locate the uniqueness of the idea inherent in the creative brief, which he then seeks to adorn in a fresh, elegant yet simple manner, a trait that has led to engaging work for many satisfied clients. By his side is our Chief of Sales and Marketing, Rochelle Toniza. With more than 15 years of experience under her belt, Rochelle has produced numerous memorable and award winning TV commercials and spear headed groundbreaking Event Productions. Revered by her peers, Rochelle is a very passionate and hands-on Executive Producer always involved in all aspects of production thus making her contributions invaluable to the team. She brings the best production resources and logistics to outfit client requirements with a sensible cost. Completing the core group is our Commander-in-Chief, our President, Joseph Christian Villanueva. With over 15 years of experience as a leader in the IT industry, Joseph brings along with him a fresh perspective to the advertising industry. Adept with management, analytical skills and process improvement combined with a sharp eye in business development, he brings a much-needed balance to the group. With JV at the reins, Yellow Brick Road is in for a long and wondrous ride.
