In the past couple of years, we have been able to cut down our paper use by about 90% by limiting printing, going paperless with vendors and service providers, and increasing our use of e-signatures. In 2019, we also made the decision to go completely virtual, allowing employees to work from home five days a week. This cuts back on energy use, pollution from commuting back and forth, and it reduces single-use plastic consumption. NuWave donates a portion of its proceeds to Ocean Conservancy, a nonprofit that champions science-based solutions to tackle the largest ocean conservation challenges we face.
