YBDSA also has 'Associates'' who are professionals within the marine industry such as lawyers and insurers, and these are listed on our websites. The YDSA does not provide entry-level training for designers or surveyors, but is developing a training programme to assist members to maintain their professional knowledge and expertise. The ABYA Yacht Brokerage course is ideal for those wishing to become brokers, recently started working as a broker or to provide a "refresher" for experienced brokers.
