Q4U is a mobile app for Android. It's very simple to start playing - everybody starts at level 0, from where they can either move 9 levels up or 9 levels down. You connect with people on your level and get to chat with them for 100 seconds. Afterwards you each vote whether the other person should ascend a level or descend a level. Each time you vote someone up, you grant him permission to contact you afterwards inside the app, making YNO! a great way to meet quality new people
