Yamawa Europe is the European branch of the Japanese company Yamawa, a global leading manufacturer of high performance threading tools. The main goal of Yamawa Europe is to increase the level of support to both existing and new customers with plenty of services to make the whole potential of Yamawa product range and know-how easily and more rapidly available. Founded in Tokyo in 1923 by Jokichi Watanabe, the parent manufacturer Yamawa differentiates itself for its excellent Quality Control process, built over a rigorously defined protocol: - triple quality control on 100% of production; - continuous control of machines calibration; - total warranty of compliance to Yamawa norms for each tool produced. With 4 factories in Japan, Yamawa production capacity exceeds 1.600.000 tools per month. By providing longer tool-life and superior performances, Yamawa is focusing to enabling an overall cost-per-thread reduction, giving maximum reliability to the threading taps, dies and center drills industry. On top of being the first Japanese taps manufacturer who obtained the ISO9001 certification, Yamawa is massively investing in R&D and in the manufacturing quality control system, paying also great attention to the environmental issues.
