Yama studio (Yoga, Ayurveda & Meditation Arts) is the home of the yama therapeutics (sm) teacher training programs. yama offers Yoga Alliance registered 200 & 500 hour Yoga Teacher training programs, Meditation Facilitator and Ayurvedic Health Educator Training programs in addition to a wide variety of Distance Learning Certificates for those interested in deepening their personal practice or building their career. We also offer weekday Yoga classes in Baltimore and Westminster, Maryland for all levels,corporate Yoga programs for businesses throughout Maryland as well as Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Direction and Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching for groups and individuals at both Maryland locations..
