The Yale Hockey Academy operates from September 1st to May 31st. We engage in 100 on-sessions that are approx 1.45 hours. On-ice sessions focus on individual skill development rather than team tactics. The off-ice program focuses primarily on core training and plyometrics. All Yale Hockey Students are taken through extensive plyometric training, SAQ sessions (Speed, Agility, Quickness) as well as valuable classroom sessions that focus on sports nutrition, sport psychology, and sport injury management. Cost for the program is $225 per month for 9 months. However, we do offer a discounted price for those students who play in the BC Major Midget League. Furthermore, we offer a sibling discount for players who have brothers and sisters in the program.
