Our platform brings information, vetting, communication, shared planning, and ongoing support into one place, giving future parents and intended donors the tools to make informed decisions, establish shared expectations, and build connections on their own terms. From finding a match and getting to know each other, to aligning on the details, planning donations, and managing their journey together, Y factor supports the relationship throughout the process, including after pregnancy. Founded with expertise from the team behind Cryos International, Y factor is now used across 60+ markets, with users across Europe and North America. We are a remote-friendly team based across Europe, combining expertise across technology, product, growth, operations, and donor conception.
