Xtreme Procision Information

Xtreme Procision (XP) is a state-of-the-art football training system that will develop the world’s next generation of football players. XP uses patent-pending, body-mapping techniques to train amateur athletes on maneuvers used by professional football players. Athletes are instructed on how to harness the power of fundamentals to transform their techniques into a winning football game with superior plays. XP elevates players from amateur to elite by using detailed training exercises for each position with visual target zones and a numbering system on jerseys, pads, and long and short sleeve compression shirts. Winning is the goal, but safety is our priority. The XP training system will take athletes through the repetition of winning techniques while protecting them from serious injury when correctly utilized. XP seeks to provide all football programs, personal trainers and players with access to a complete training system that will teach proper training techniques while increasing the safety of the players competing in a full-contact sport. Even a novice in the sport will be able to successfully learn and understand how to apply the training system in competition.
