Established in 1990, Xorail is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and is also supported by a System Assembly & Wiring Facility. Xorail specializes in Railroad signal and communications and our services include but are not limited to: signal and communications design, estimating, material procurement, field surveys, bungalow wiring, field testing, cut-over testing, configuration management, as-in service preparation, signal construction, construction management, project management, and commissioning support.
