XMS Capital Partners, LLC (“XMS”) was launched in August, 2006 with the goal of creating a different kind of investment banking boutique, a place where relationships are paramount and more important than transactional velocity and where advice is rendered to clients over a long period of time and across their critical strategic and financial issues. Since 2006, XMS has grown into a global, independent financial services firm providing investment banking, asset management and merchant banking to clients. It now has offices in Chicago, London and Dublin and strategic relationships in Germany, Japan, China and India. It also has a strategic alliance with Headwall Partners for its expertise in the steel, metals, mining and building products industries. XMS Capital Partners has three business units: Investment Banking (including M&A Advisory and Capital Raising), Asset Management and Merchant Banking. Investment Banking XMS works with public and private companies, including family-owned businesses. XMS has completed a wide range of complex domestic and international transactions across multiple industries: broad industrials, business services, automotive, paper and packaging, chemicals, consumer/food/beverage, healthcare, financial services, energy, agriculture, aerospace/defense, distribution/logistics/transport, education, retail/restaurants, tech/media/telecom and sports. Asset Management XA Investments LLC (”XAI”) is a Chicago-based firm founded by XMS in March, 2016. The XAI leadership team believes that financial advisors and their clients need access to a broader range of alternative investment strategies and managers. XAI is the registered funds division of XMS. Merchant Banking XMS merchant banking activities are focused on partnering with strong management teams and creating tailored investment solutions. XMS differs from traditional private equity firms, since XMS is not bound by specific hold periods or a requirement for control.
