If you need help with your Apple computer, you can engage our expert services via remote, online connections, by phone or on-site visits. SETTING UP YOUR NEW SYSTEM OR DEVICE One of our most popular services is support to set up your new systems, including transferring data from old machines – even Windows machines. Including: · Installation of existing devices, (for example printers/scanners) subject to required software being available for the Operating System on your Mac. · Installation of software that you already own, have purchased or have licenses for. · Other time-based work to get your new Apple computer up-and-running within the same working day (subject to prior agreement). TRAINING Harness the full power of your device with our bespoke training. From understanding how to do the basics, through to productivity-enhancing hacks, you’ll learn how to Mac-simise how you use your device. Got staff who are new to Apple? REPAIRS AND UPGRADES Before investing your hard-earned cash in a brand-new machine, stop! It’s often possible to breathe life into an existing machine with a repair or hardware upgrade. Our preference is always to extend the life of your machine rather than encouraging you to buy new.
