Independent veterinary practices, thriving together. XLVets is a community of independently owned veterinary practices that choose to work together to achieve more than they could alone. Our members span the UK from Orkney to Cornwall. We bring together progressive farm, equine and small animal practices, united by a shared commitment to collaboration, clinical excellence and professional autonomy. Our membership currently stands in excess of 70 member practices. Our members benefit from shared learning, leadership development, business support, procurement services, graduate programmes and collaborative projects that help practices and their teams thrive in a changing profession. Together, our members build thriving workplaces, embrace innovation and support the delivery of exceptional care to animals, clients and communities across the UK. By combining the strengths of independent practice with the power of a supportive community, we help our members to grow, develop and succeed, while remaining true to the values that make them unique.
