XLR8 Player Development Information

XLR8’s purpose - Strengthen grassroots football by providing all community players with the opportunity to access high quality coaching and appropriate player development opportunities - In doing so, XLR8 will strengthen the technical foundation for all players in NSFA and raise the quality of the football and player engagement with the world game - XLR8 will reinvest all profits into the NSFA, supporting future growth of football participation and development in the region The goal is to create a short video that expresses XLR8’s purpose and vision to the wider community, highlighting XLR8’s variety of programs and all the stakeholders invested in XLR8. - XLR8’s impact on players, clubs and coaches – How we have assisted with their club’s vision and player development - Program footage (in-club and association wide) - Stakeholder interview clips/voiceovers (Coaches, players, club officials, parents) - Why clubs and players choose XLR8 XLR8 Core Values These values must be expressed across all media content either explicitly or implicitly.
