XLCIRCLE was established in 2013 to promote a new business model to link excellent consultants with demanding clients. We differentiate through our focus on building a community of high-caliber management consultants and long-term collaboration with our international clients. We are not a new type of virtual management consulting firm. Instead we see ourselves as a catalyst to match specific client demand with the best fitting management consultants for their critical projects. The project contract will be negotiated and signed between the client and the consultant directly without XLCIRCLE standing as a third party in the middle. We aim to establish long-term relationships with our clients and consultants and to support their projects as a neutral partner.
