Xiphos Solutions LLC Information

Xiphos Solutions LLC is a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in strategic counsel and navigating complex national and international security dynamics. We serve as trusted advisors for senior leaders and organizations looking to understand and excel in a competitive environment, drawing on decades of experience at senior levels of the public and private sector. We maintain a deep understanding of the spheres of influence in the national security arena—including media, Congress, industry, and international partners—to inform assessments of risks and opportunities and provide strategic pathways forward to achieve organizational goals. We work alongside our clients to identify and understand the issues that are important to them, provide tailored strategies and solutions, and implement a plan of action to achieve client success. The Xiphos is the Greek short sword – symbolic of strategic and operational wisdom, inspiration, warfare, and courage. We chose to build a company culture around these attributes and strive to bring these qualities to all our work.
