Xinergy Corporation Information

Headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, Xinergy Corp mines bituminous steam and industrial grade coal in the southeastern region. Originating with the acquisition of coal mineral rights in Southeastern Kentucky on the last day of March 2008, Xinergy currently operates five mines while continuing to expand through new leases and permits. Annual sales and production will reach over a million tons in 2009. The company presently holds leases in two states: Kentucky and Alabama at various stages of permitting. In January 2009, Xinergy Corp developed three additional subsidiaries to better advance the business: Xinergy Straight Creek, Inc.; Xinergy Land, Inc.; Xinergy Sales, Inc.
