Xavier Institute believes in building a nation in accordance with the dreams and vision of the Constitution of India, as spelt out clearly in its Preamble – Justice, Equality, Liberty and Fraternity. Xavier Institute is a member of the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools (IAJBS), a member of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI), a member of All India Association of Christian Higher Education (AIACHE) and a member of Voluntary Action Network of India (VANI). It is also an Associate Member of several National Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, MET, for the purpose of recruiting candidates for its Courses. Xavier Institute places a high value on networking and collaboration with various organizations, agencies and individuals, both within the country and abroad. Accordingly, it works in close collaboration with some of the reputed Management Schools within India and abroad, such as: XLRI (Jamshedpur), XIM (Bhubaneshwar), XISS (Ranchi), LIBA (Loyola College, Chennai), Vlerick School of Management (Ghent, Belgium) and Assumption University, Bangkok, Thailand. It is in the process of networking with some more management institutes within the country and abroad.
