Xercise Lab creates original pre-choreographed group fitness programs (XERCISE LAB® programs) for men, women, and children. The company was founded by Jenny Rowe, a lifelong group exercise instructor who has served in director-level positions for group fitness program design and creation at leading group fitness organizations. She launched Xercise Lab in 2011. XERCISE LAB programs provide more intense workouts within shorter timeframes than other group fitness offerings in the market.
