Xëliter® Serviced Residences is managed by a professional team that is dedicated to offering the most exquisite service, operating within the highest quality standards in the luxury residences rental market. Our main objective is to generate value for owners while increasing the long term value of their units by providing a steady growth of return on profits. Xëliter® operational team and the owner of each residence reached an agreement for the rental program, where each unit is allotted for sale. Thanks to this agreement we are able to offer different accommodations in order to fit better the needs of each guest and allow them to explore destinations such as Cap Cana and Samaná. The currently managed properties are Vista Mare in Samaná, Caletón Villas and Golden Bear Lodge in Cap Cana and also the well known Condominium Aquamarina I & II and Fundadores, both located at the fantastic Marina at Cap Cana.
