Xeed Global is a private employability training specialist, specialising in bridging the gap between education and employment. We are currently working with private and public schools, colleges and universities here in the UAE, having started out in the UK where we honed our expertise and wealth of experience in specifically training young people. The employability programme is scientifically proven to engage students and make them 3x more employable by using methods such as gamification learning and the concept of growth mindset. We offer in-classroom learning with industry specialists or an online version which can be undertaken by students in their own time. Both programmes are measurable through an employability diagnostic tool which is able to identify a student’s employability skills through a scoring function, therefore identifying their strengths and weaknesses in this area. Being ready for the workplace is very important if you want to succeed in your chosen career.
