Xccelerated is a joint initiative between Xebia and GoDataDriven, accelerating data-driven skills and careers of young professionals within the field of data science, data engineering or cloud engineering. Through our 13-month programs, we employ and train a selected group of young professionals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Our goal is for you to become an authority in your field and connect you to your next employer. Think about companies like Heineken, KLM, ING, Vattenfall or Randstad Group you could work at – and follow an advanced training program at the same time. Pretty cool, isn’t it? Each program starts with a full-month bootcamp training to prepare you for the next step in your career. 4 days a week you will work on challenging data-driven projects at one of our partner companies and once a week you will get training from senior consultants at the Xccelerated office in Amsterdam. After the program, you got what it takes to join the company directly, without any strings attached.
