We focus on enabling excellent alignment between business and IT (hence the name, "X-BIT-Align"). Using over two decades of experience, research, and thought-leadership, we created the Enterprise Capabilities Alignment Framework (ECAF) and the Enterprise Capabilities Alignment Method (ECAM) that provide a framework and a method to facilitate this alignment. We help our clients establish a vendor-neutral and technology-agnostic foundation for IT initiatives.
