I created XaaS, a recruitment agency specialized in IT & digital, 8 years ago, after a career in IT Consulting within one of the best market players. I recruit independently of the activity sector: - all IT positions from technical infrastructure to CIO, - all business positions that require key IT & digital skills. I work on the entire recruitment cycle, on a fixed price basis for complex searches and on an RPO basis for high volume recruitment. Because I strongly believe that in recruitment, a circle will never fit into a square, I attach great importance to matching. This requires skills that allows me to advise my clients in the design of the position and engage candidates in their professional journey and next move. I believe this sets me apart and that’s what my clients and candidates appreciate.
